  • Parent/guardian details (for Kids Training): Where a child under 16 is registered for training, we collect the parent’s or legal guardian’s name and contact details, and the child’s name and age. See Section 9 for more on children’s data.

  • Photos and videos: With separate consent, we may photograph or film training sessions for use on our website or social media (see Section 6).

Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s data, and may withdraw consent for photos/videos at any time, by contacting us using the details in Section 1.
