Booking details: Preferred training type (Group, Kids, or Individual), preferred schedule, and any notes you provide in the contact form.
Parent/guardian details (for Kids Training): Where a child under 16 is registered for training, we collect the parent’s or legal guardian’s name and contact details, and the child’s name and age. See Section 9 for more on children’s data.
Technical data: IP Address, device type, and browser information collected automatically via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Photos and videos: With separate consent, we may photograph or film training sessions for use on our website or social media (see Section 6).
We do NOT knowingly collect data from children without parental/guardian consent, and we do not collect special categories of sensitive data beyond what is reasonably necessary (e.g., basic health/fitness notes voluntarily shared for training safety).

Our Kids Training program involves the processing of personal data belonging to children. We collect this data only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who registers the child for training and provides the necessary contact and safety information. Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s data, and may withdraw consent for photos/videos at any time, by contacting us using the details in Section 1.
